Welcome,like you I have only used kits for beer and wine my latest was a Festival Dubbel . I have been amazed at the amount of information on this forum.I use Beaverdale for my wine and Festival for beer.There is a thread on supermarket juice wines that I have just had a go at so fingers 🤞

I have made this and while I like it ,it didn't go down well with my mates they said it was to dry. I am in the process of making another batch and will add Erythritol to sweeten before bottling.I had a great success using lowicz syrup for fruit cider.

But it got better 🙂
