Yesterday (sorry got delayed in posting) Australian Pale Ale from Coopers with a Bolster Kit from Home Brew Online. Started off a bit low OG 1030 compared to my other drinks. But lets see what the yeasties do to it as it is bubbling away like no tomorrow.

That looks like a quaffable drop, I really like the Motueka hop.

Didn't brew but bottled 40 @ 7%, I better put a warning on these. As the taster didn't have a hint of the extra boost and it already tasted very quaffable.

Yeah I have done many of the recipes over on the Coopers forum and nearly always add spraymalt. I will have a look out for Tom Caxton as I haven't tried that.

Thanks I think I got about 75g left. I wonder which kit to try/use? Done nearly all the Coopers, some of the Festivals and one from St Peter's (though not tasted that yet, as it got bottled yesterday)

HI I got some spare Challenger hops that I would like to use up. What kits do the panel think would well with a bit extra either as in the mix or dry hopping? Thanks
