    Hi all, So I've had a red ale in primary for 2 weeks secondary for 2 weeks and then primed and bottled 3 days ago. I'm off to a wedding tomorrow, will the beer be carbonated/condotioned or is that too little time?

    yeah I have tasted the wort and there is not a lot of hop note there. Maybe I will dry hop it to add a bit more aroma at least. Thanks

    Hi all, I'm new here. I was brewing a batch of full extract PA today and half an hour into the boil (bittering hops added but nothing else) my RNLI pager went off. So the brew sat for 40mins hot but not boiling. I bought back to the boil and added aroma hops for 10 mins. What will happen?
