    Help! Email address required..

Hello I hope somebody can help me, a friend on here gave me some excellent advice on a Hoegarden clone, unfortunately he doesn't seem to be active anymore, if possible could somebody message me an email address for Pittsy? I'll be happy to provide mine first via message. Thanks

    Agitating during fermentation.

It wasn't a woodfordes beer, it was Fixby gold and ok chilled (summer ale) and long gone! I have another hoegaarden clone about finished in the fv, I'll measure and bottle (hopefully) this weekend, a stuinning beer that wants fridging after a couple of weeks in the warm.

I'm waiting for the hops to come in to stock before brewing this one again, down to my last 88 bottles :(

    Hoegaarden extract recipe.

Below is what I did, it's more orange coloured than the white of Hoegaarden, but honestly I lik ethe slightly more orangy flavour in this brew, certainly better than the wheat beer I had at the pub last night. 1.5kg of wheat malt and 1.5kg of extra light malt into 6l of warm water, dissolve...

    Woodfordes, Sundew Review

Sundew is an easier drink than Headcracker and better (IMO) for those hot sunny days that look to be round the corner!

    Woodfordes, Sundew Review

I've tipped this today, wouldn't carbonate and just wasn't right. I know it was down to the above and I'm sure those that managed to brew this without hiccup wil have a cracker of a pint, just not me this time :(

    Hoegaarden extract recipe.

Honestly mate, I had 43 pints out of the fv, the last 3 "bottom of the barrel" bottles I thought I'd use as testers, maybe have 1 a week and note the changes etc. truth is I necked them all and its all I can do to keep my hands off the others! Stunning brew and I will definitley be doing it...

    Hoegaarden extract recipe.

I had 3 "bottom of the bucket" bottles, I thought I'd use them as testers, the other 40 pints are boxed up conditioning and will go into the fridge in a week or so. The brew has been in the bottle for ony 5 days but I couldn't help it, I stuck one of the testers in the fridge last night and had...

    Hoegaarden extract recipe.

Bottled this tonight at 1002. I had to check the measurement a couple of times as I've not had a beer go this low (good ingredients and great yeast?) anyhow I reckon an Og 0f 1038 has it out at 4.8 which is about bob on I reckon. Sample tasted nice and as long as it carbonates should be a...
