In our local pub they have a dry hopped cider at the moment and it is beautiful.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience in brewing a dry hopped cider as I fancy brewing one in the near future.
I used brown sugar to strengthen my latest apple cider/wine. Got it to a nice 9%ish. Fermented all the sugar out and have been left with a nice strong tasty drink but there is a taste of brown sugar which is strangely sweet. Has anyone any tips on how to make this taste better in the future...
Hi all.
After 5 years away from homebrewing I have been offered the old summerhouse as a brewery and I am currently converting it. Just brewed a turbo cider and it tasted beautiful. So on to the next now.

I went out and bought some oxy action powder stuff. worked a treat. i then put a CD tablet it and will put another one in before i brew with them next :)
Thanx for all the advice.
