add a small amount and test for initial fv if it doesnt make the grade add some more till you get the right amount use the calculator to give you your final gravity! :cheers:

ok here goes
1: mouth feel is very good!
2: initial smell from the bottle very wine like and no tomato in sight!
3: first taste of a very small sip just in case was actually quite pleasant!
4: 2nd taste and took a good shlurp nice initial taste quite dry with a heavy aftertaste that isnt...

the one with pear and raspberry? did it have any preservatives in it?if so apparently they can stop fermentation. if not then i would leave a couple more days and see what happens also make sure your airlock is tight down and no gas escaping! :thumb:
WOODFORDES NUTCRACKER HAS TURNED OUT GREAT! it didnt ferment right out but i put that down to adding 2 extra litres of water to bring it to 15ltrs but wow what a dark and tasty brew its turned out to be!....... just go steady the proof is in the title! :thumb:
