Hi All I have had this fermenting now for 2 weeks with an OG of 1.034 (which seemed a bit low?) and has now stopped at 1.010 for the past 4 days. I was going to bottle it but I had a little taste first and it seems a bit too sweet. Do you think that it has finished fermenting or is there...
