all i did was i bought 3 carrtens of apple juice all 1.5 liters put that in a dj mashed 3 tea bags in warm water for about 10 mins and let it cool then added it to the dj with the aj then added my yeast and then put the air lock in and just waited 2 weeks

well i started it well befor christamas and i look the other day and it hasnt cleared so i thought what can i do with it so i thought it doesnt look drinkable so it went down the sink

dont no but i didnt put it through a cloth i just put a sterilived tube in the first dj and sucked on it to get it to go in the second dj

im not sure why yours is like that but mine should have cleared so thats why im dont no weather to drink it or not

it should take two weeks.if u look at the top of ur fluid and if u can see tiny little bubble going to the top its still fermenting :D

the only time iv tried it was when i transfered it from the first djj to the second one and it smelt and tasted good

get one of your bungs wedge something in the hole that will fit in a drill and sand it down to the size you want it

iv transfered my cider in to a second dj waited a week for it to clear and it hasnt cleared so i went and bought some finnings and added that and iv left it nearly a week and it still hasnt cleared

pull the air lock out of ur bung and that will make it easyer to pull out i would think and to test the gravity of the cider mix every thing together what u want in it apart from the yeast pore in to ur trial jar an inch below the top of your jar them put your hidromiter in to test the gravity...

youngs cider yeast thats what iv used and it seems ok

the bottle that i had open smelt abit funny but today i opened my other bottle and it had a different smell.it smelt a bit nicer than the other bottle so i think i will leave it for a month and then see how it turns out
