I just need a little bit of advice ladies and gents. I racked a few batches of wine few weeks ago by adding a Camden tablet and some stabiliser. I have now racked some of the demijohns the 2nd time, Do I add more Camden tablet or is there something else I need to do. Hardly any sediment left...

That's all I use mostly is plastic 5l containers from homebrew shop. I also use the 5l water containers from Iceland (£1 each) to rack them.

This wine has been bubbling away consistently for about 9 days now. Slowing down but still keeping me awake at night 😁.

I will do that now. I have just added a little bit of pectolase and it's still bubbling away. I have plenty of room in dj so I will add some tea. Thanks

I was down the market few days ago and I got about 18 nectarines for £2.50. Took them home, taken the stone out of each and chopped them up. Added a kettle full of water to them and put them on a low heat. I added about 300g of raisins and 1.5kg of sugar. Left them for 24 hrs then...

I might just keep hold of the Disarono until I find something. Maybe coffee, strawberry or apples? Not sure yet tho lol

Over the last few years I have been making various wine kits and i was thinking about adding honey to my next kit just to change the taste. Any advice would great on when to add the honey and how much to put in. Happy easter everyone and happy brewing. :cheers:
