I just need a little bit of advice ladies and gents.
I racked a few batches of wine few weeks ago by adding a Camden tablet and some stabiliser.
I have now racked some of the demijohns the 2nd time,
Do I add more Camden tablet or is there something else I need to do.
Hardly any sediment left...
I will do that now.
I have just added a little bit of pectolase and it's still bubbling away.
I have plenty of room in dj so I will add some tea.

I was down the market few days ago and I got about 18 nectarines for ã2.50.
Took them home, taken the stone out of each and chopped them up. Added a kettle full of water to them and put them on a low heat. I added about 300g of raisins and 1.5kg of sugar.
Left them for 24 hrs then...

I have just been rooting around in the drinks cupboard and found some awful leftovers that someone has left at ours since our xmas party.
I have found half a bottle of Disaronno which is sweet and almond flavour.
also a bottle of Raki that smells of aniseed.

Over the last few years I have been making various wine kits and i was thinking about adding honey to my next kit just to change the taste.
Any advice would great on when to add the honey and how much to put in.
