Well i asked for a bottle of 70/30. 70 co2 and 30 nitrogen. on the little tag it say 30/70. Is it a possibility this is 70 nitro and 30 co2 do we think?
Hi guys. As the title says really. What am i doing wrong?
I am using cornys for the first time. I did 2 brews and secondary fermentation. All was good. I have now (2 weeks ago). I transferred the brews to the cleaned and sanitized cornys. I then connected up my gas bottle (pub style 70/30 mix)...
Got this coming up when my vessels become free. Im going to be doing it with 1.5kg light DME. Do you think i should add 300-500g of brewing sugar aswell or just stick with the malt?
Brewed this about 6 weeks ago now using 1kg light DME and 300g brewing suger. Even with it only being in the bottle 2 weeks it is a cracking drink. I have done coopers European, Canadian blonde and Draught with the same ingredients so i'll post how they turn out.
I have just bottled this. In Primary for a little over a week. Bulk primed with 150g of sugar. Brewed with 1kg light spray malt and 300g brewing sugar. Ill let you know how it comes out.
I would definatly use 2 per 500ml bottle. I did this brew with 1 and it put me off making it again. I might in the future re brew with 2 drops or a spoon of sugar.
I brewedmy pilsner with 1kg DME and batch primed with 150g granulated. Its possibly just still very young. I'll give it some more time before i try it again.
Did you prime with Granulated Sugar? I have done a few Coopers Pilsner kits and batch primed with 150g of granulated suger. I was worried it would be lacking in carbonation.
I just put this on again. First brew was 500g light dry malt and 300 g brewing sugar. This brew i have gone with 1kg light dry malt and 300 g brewing sugar.
