    Ok Wez my main man this lovely recipe is finally getting brewed on Saturday at my AHB Brew Day and Case swap, so cross fingers, I do it justice. Be doing a 46lt batch. I was thinking of really pampering this brew to do it justice so a Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale. What do think Wez?

    Definitely the Saaz AT. Can't help myself with Saaz <DROOL ICON>. Seriously can't wait to have a crack at this one. I reckon the recipe has a lot of balance and I'm definitely going London Ale just to do it justice.
