    Barrelled the Pilgrims Hope yesterday. Had a cheeky taster as you do when syphoning and this also has great potential. Hope I can be patient this time and let these beers condition fully.

    I can't say yet if the taste is the same or similar as it's still in the FV but I'm currently brewing one of the new Festival kits, Landlords Finest bitter. I am hoping this is a bit of a Taylor's clone :-)

    Has anyone had real trouble with this Pilsner clearing? I saw a couple of mentions of being cloudy. Mine fermented nicely but like an earlier post when I barreled it it was still very cloudy. The SG was down to 1004 and it had finished fermenting. I did leave it another week before transferring...
