Hi Hyster, your post could be very timely for me - my CO2 cylinder ran out yesterday when I'd just filled a corny - so I need some quick as I'm going away in a couple of days... I am without transport at the moment but could get there on my bike after work with my backpack - what size cylinder...
I agree - it should be sweeter than a US IPA, but not as sweet as a UK barleywine - I'll see how it looks tonight/tomorrow and decide what to do
I'm a big fan of DFH :thumb: tried lots of theirs on tap last couple of times I've been to the US.
Whereabouts in Wisconsin are you Baz...

OG 1102, target FG is 1026, good old US-05 has been doing a steady job and now at about 1035. So far so good. Now most of my books on US style barleywines recommend using a champagne yeast to...

Hi guys,
I have some firkins but currently can't get organised enough to best utilise them and need some pins instead.
am being quoted £61 (+ vat) for a pin, plus £25 (+ vat) for delivery from hereford casks
sounds steep ?
has anyone had experience ordering these and arranging their...
Hi guys, have been lurking on here for a few months now - brewing AG on and off (mainly off, due to work) for nearly 20 years. My tastebuds have been turned by recent visits to the US and some great extreme & double APAs and IPAs I've sampled.
Over the last year I've got supplies of chinook...
