do PET fermentors taint the tast of the wine, im still stuck in my ways of useing glass but as i have a very big brew in the works buying more DJ's would be a major expence. so does PET taint the wine or not? many thanks

ive made one but mine is on its side, kicks out a fair bit of heat

from my experience a small amount of lees doesnt hurt, only if you end up with tons of sediment i'd start to think about action

i know how to use them before fermentation, but how do i go about using them to 'clean' the juice ect before i start brewing? is it still one per gallon? and how long does it need to be left before i start? many thanks EH

4 liters of lime cordial i need some bottles urgently so i picked up some lime cordial i was wondering if i could burn off the presevatives in the same way as ribena and ferment it? if i give it a go any ideas on what i should do? many thanks EH
