do PET fermentors taint the tast of the wine, im still stuck in my ways of useing glass but as i have a very big brew in the works buying more DJ's would be a major expence.
so does PET taint the wine or not?

i know how to use them before fermentation, but how do i go about using them to 'clean' the juice ect before i start brewing?

been out setting taps in the local silver birch trees, you get sone realy strange looks ' why is that mad bloke tapeing a plastic bottle to a tree? :shock: '

4 liters of lime cordial
i need some bottles urgently so i picked up some lime cordial i was wondering if i could burn off the presevatives in the same way as ribena and ferment it?
if i give it a go any ideas on what i should do?
