Hi, I'm brand new to homebrewing and thought I'd join to learn from all of the experience in these forums. I'm in Newcastle, so imagine all of this in a Geordie accent (like). Looking forward to getting my GEB beginners kit and starting this new hobby. Cheers, Ed
