Hi Darcy, It would be great to see you. It should be a interesting meeting as a Brewer from Magic Rock is coming down.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.
Cheers
There's a wide choice on there, and it largely depends on your taste. What jumped out at me was Rodenbach grand cru, triple karamielt (probably spelt wrong) Orval, St Barnabus triple, Rochefort, Bruge Zot, Cantillion Kriek and Maredsous brune.
Hi,
This is the third meeting, at the last one we had a talk by Dom from Thornbridge on Water treatment. The group is well attended about 15-20 people at the last meeting.
Hi,
The Manchester Homebrewers Group will be meeting on Sunday the 3rd of February upstairs at Port St beer House at 3 pm. All welcome. Topic for the meeting is single hop'd beers
Thanks,
Brett
Hi Titch,
What size is the brewery? if it was 50 or 100l then it seems that it could be a good match, I'm looking to upgrade to this size so it seems beneficial to both of us
Brett
I don't know which type of yeast is supplied with that kit, bur some Belgian yeast strains give different flavour profiles at different temperatures, so I would stick to the recomended temperature.
Hi,
Saw one of these on the Fabulous Baker Brothers T.V. program

Has any one used one? and are they any good?
