Yes, it's weird, but we are definitely going to put some more in, it was really nice. Again, we gave it much longer to ferment than on the instructions, as it seems to do a better job, and clear up more.

Yup, it came out at 7.5% and cabbages anyone that even takes a sniff. Despite being heterosexual, I tried to get off with my 6 foot 4, 20 stone mate and had to be pulled off him by the belt in my jeans. Make sure you back sweeten it with Splenda before you bottle it, otherwise it's too sour.

Excellent thanks. We'll have a go at that. We've stuck an elderflower wine from Wilkos in one today, and we are just about to put in several litres of Solomon Grundy merlot into the bucket. The Nelson's Revenge is going well and the Geordie Lager has come out like Geordie bitter!

Goodness me it's seems like a long time since we last posted something up on here. We've just bottled about 30 bottles of Wilkos Mexican Cerveza, which tastes OK, but just OK. It was �£12 so... Couple of things we did wrong. We put brew enhancer in it, which has made it a bit too...
