Its a while since I did any of this and these shrink-fit capsules are new to me.
I assume that they are heat fitted, but what degree of heat do I need to use - hair-drier or heat gun - or am I talking through my neck?

We have a rather productive tree which produces small but sweet apples that are too small for eating or cooking.
I'm not a cider drinker but would like to use these in a wine this next summer/autumn.
Can anyone suggest a recipe?
