    Do you think I could do a “lager” brew in the winter In my shed if I give the FV some insulation to try to keep the temp a bit more constant? Just a thought???

    So does the tea add a lemony flavour? Not sure I want that. Does earl grey add tannin? I get that earl grey is a “premium” tea, but not heard of it used in brewing before. Might test it on a small experimental batch.

    I’ve made cider from apple juice a few times in 5L DJs. I’m about to start 2x 5 gallon batches for my 10 gallon keg.
