Hi, I brewed my first brew about a month ago and it turned out quiet good. It was a Coopers Australian stout. It's very nice maybe lacks a bit of body and could do with a little more Co2 but I bottled it into the Coopers one and a half ltr bottles that came with the kit with two of the sugar...

There's quiet a few different types for sale on the the bay. Any recommendations .its got to be worth a go. Andy.

Last week l bottled my first ever brew ( Coopers stout), and am itching to start another but is it too hot. The coolest room in the house averaged 23c yesterday but got up to 25c. Thanks Andy.
