I made Galaxy Delight about 6 weeks ago, has been in a keg for a month now. It is nicely carbonated and beginning to lose some harsh bitterness and taste yummy, but it is still really murky and hazy. Usually my beers drop bright with no issues much quicker than this. I have never used Bry-97...

I bought some Styrian goldings way back in May 2020, 2019 harvest, 3.9% aa. They are in vacuum packed foil bag unopened and have been in freezer all that time, found them when doing a defrost. Are they usable? Want to use them as a late kettle or whirlpool in a bitter.
