Hi
Just made a Cantina Pinot ,after one week it has gone a deep yellow and very strong tasting,made about 24 bottles and all have gone the same way. Any ideas why this has happened or is it normal for this particular kit?
Thank you everybody for such a nice welcome and no not a Toni Basil fan but the song follows me around lol...My first attempt is a chardonnay Cantina kit just added the stabaliser and first finnings this evening ,starting to get apprehensive ,hope it turns out ok.
