Thanks Scott, Panic over! Its bubbling away freely now. Also did a second batch (Apple only) and that one had gone crazy by this am, had to replace airlock on that one as it resembled a volcano this morning, much more lively (too much!!), but has calmed a little now so both bubbling away happily.
