They used to sell on ebay too under the same name. I think the cheaper ones they sold were the ones with no pressure release valve.

25lt is a bit big. The fermenter is opened a few times to add the extra sugar and add the flavour pack. This would leave a big airspace which could cause oxidation. I may be wrong as i'm not really a wine maker. Someone more experienced should be able to clarify this. If i recall correctly this...

If this is true then it wasn't made clear when i visited them. No details were exchanged and i walked out the shop with a bottle on the basis of bring it back and exchange it for a filled one. I've only exchanged it once and they didn't need any form of proof that i had the original from them...
