Have just bottled a 50l batch of 7.6% double IPA hopped with about 400g of cascade and ekaunot hops (which are really good btw). Tasted lovely out of the FV last night ðŸËâ¬

Just had an Imaginary Greenscapes import from an American brewery in collaboration with cloud water. Talk about dank! That was one hoppy son of a gun and the colour ran near white at the end of the can. Lactose and oats with a hop bomb addition I believe. Go for it!!!
Great ideas henteaser. Yes they're 25kg sacks. Three recipes a nice idea! No darker malt in at the mo. My last dunkelweizen, 'Pig Rider' was lovely though à½Ã¸âºÃ ¼Ã½º. Do people usually use a coil to heat up the mash? It seemed a reasonable way of doing it.
