Hi. Newby here. I've had this in the first fermentation for just over a week. Instructions say to siphon into 2nd bucket but when I went to the local Home Brew shop to get one, the chap in there said to dissolve the spraymalt in 2litres of hot water and chuck it in the same bucket. Confused now.
