    I have about 7 kilos of blackberries in the freezer from last summer and I am looking to make a large'ish 5 gallon/23 litre batch. I have previously made a few 1 gallon batches with fantastic results but I am just a dabbler when it comes to 'from scratch' brews and have no idea on scaling up...
