Do we know if you can definitely change the temperature on the app, from images on Amazon it looks like you can but would be great to see confirmation from Inkbird on this.

It's an interesting point and one it would be good to get to the bottom of. I use the brewers friend priming calculator and get mixed results when cold crashing, this is what brewers friend says:

So mine has been in the bottles 4 weeks now and are still cloudy :( The first bottle I tried after 3 weeks I poured in 2 halfs, the first half was clear but the second half wasn't. The second bottle I poured as a pint and it was flat with no head and very cloudy :(
The wait continues!
Just over a week and it got down to 1014 so I bottled. Had the bottles in the warm for a few days but now in the cold. It's in the hands of the beer gods now [emoji3]
I will make a test after 3 weeks in the bottles and see where it's at.

I am going to give Star San a go as I do have a concern about the amount of water used to rinse 40 Bottles after sterilisation. I guess there is a cost to using the Star San as well but it sounds like a bottle of that would last quite a long time which may then out way...
