Orange Clove Mead - Clover honey?

It's all a waiting game now, anywhere up to 4 months, any sooner and it'll taste like battery acid :(

    Lime flavoured lager?

The zest holds a lot of the flavours and oils and little sugar, maybe zest 2 limes and drop it into secondary :thumb:

It's a Honey ale, almost a cross over from mead to AG, 1lb honey, 6 oz light dry malt extract, 1 oz crystal malt to a gallon

    Long fermentation of ag

Yeah, It's sitting at 1.000. It's a saxon honey ale, a bit like mead but with less honey and Malt extract and crystal malt. It's a funny little ale but just had a taste. Bitter, sweet and dry lol

    Gravity at 1.000

Hi guys, yet more advice needed, I've just posted about a long fermentation and got my gravity reading at 1.000, Now that there is minimum Fermentable sugars left in my brew would this make it good for Bottling or should I still wait incase it drops any lower???

    Long fermentation of ag

Hmmm, My hydrometer readings are at 1.000 now, can it go any lower than that considering it's at the same gravity as water? Gonna be a little cracker of an ale, at 6.6% abv

Hi, I set away my first AG Saxon Honey Ale on the 4th, 14 days ago, I don't have heat belts or any temp regulation equipment as yet but tried to keep the temperature of the room at around 20 degrees. I'm still getting the odd bubble from the airlock about every 20 seconds or so. Will this be...

Hi all, I've just set away my first AG brown ale, I got the recipe from "right ways, BEER AND CIDER MAKING". Everything was going to plan right up untill I started measuring my ingredients...
