    I have a gallon of apple wine that didn't do much. I think its because I topped it up and there wasn't enough ration of fruit. this is what i did. I made up 2 gallons in dj's, racked twice and bottles up the 1st dj. very nice though punchy. I topped up the 2nd dj with sugared water as directed...
