Ive made 5AM Saint and Dead Pony to the letter and they both came out nigh on exactly like the originals in a side by side taste test. My 5AM wasnt as deep a ruby red colour but i can live with that.

Good on you pal. It's certainly rewarding producing something that takes so much time and ends up good. Step up your brewing with a mini mash of crystal malt in an ale or try dry hopping. It makes a big difference!

Whilst the kits should come with instructions, (mine didn't either) if you've researched the style extensively I'd suggest that you just cracking on as if the instructions do come, they'll more than likely be pretty generic. Let us know how it goes. I'm about to brew my first pilsner too...
