My question is I read warm a cup of water to 90-105 degrees Fahrenheit I thought over 80deg would kill the yeast can someone explain the high temperature please. My second question is I added two separate yeasts to my brew was I wrong to do that. Mike

Hi guys I’m new to this forum my question is what is the feedback on simply beer kits, I was thinking of buying a larger kit or maybe two £10.50 each and 1.8kg seems ok .my thinking was two kits 3.6 kg of malt extract and 1kg bag of brew enhancer and make 40 pint brew.
