    When to bottle?

    Thank you Matt I tested it with my hydrometer regardless yesterday and its at 1.000 but doesnt taste like its much more then 6avb so iv dissolved another 900g of sugar in 2 pints from each demijon and added back in to them (they are not yet finished fermenting) so now they are bubbling away...
