Thanks for that. My issue is now is that I have went to work away on a project in England and I have left the brew in a cupboard doing nothing!! By the time I am back it will have been in the cupboard for two weeks!! Will this have a negative impact on the brew? Cheers

I was told to stay away from citrus fruits or any exotic fruits for that matter when home brewing. The reason being was that it killed off the yeast and basically it did not turn to alcohol. The lady in the shop that any flavourings are best put in after the brew is made...... That kind of upset...
