I made the mistake of leaving my heater belt on over a weekend I went away. Fermenting vessel temp was up to 26c when I got back. Despite leaving the beer 8 weeks the taste was a little (green apple) still, only a couple of pints left in the keg so it couldn't be too bad! 😂

Anyone getting rid of a king keg around the midlands area, preferably with s30 valve cap? Have cash waiting. This brewing lark is addictive, got 2 lots conditioning (Slaters Top Totty and bulldog Hanmer of Thor) want to get another on the go but need another barrel. Help. Shaun
