Did the head of pulp ever drop down to the bottom? I put a WOW type thing on which contained peach and pear and the head is still there after coming up on two weeks. It's still bubbling away as well. :wha:

1 gal original WOW
1 gal RG, apple & sultana WOW
1 gal WGJ, Apple & Raspberry juice wine
1 gal WGJ, Apple Peach and Pear juice wine
1 gal Ocean Spray Cranberry Blend/Prune juice wine
(also some horrendous turbo cider but let's not talk about that)...
I might be being a bit thick, but what quantity of wine does the recipe make?
I remember trying a friend's parents' banana wine (nicked, obviously) as a teen, it was excellent if memory serves me correctly. Be very keen to have a go at this as a step up form juice wines.
I probably don't mean secondary, actually, as I added potassium sorbate to stop the fermentation. It had fermented out anyway, should just be clearing now...
