    storage of turbo cider

    ive just bottled my tc in 500ml plastic bottles with 1/2 t spoon of sugar is it now best to leave at room temp for a few days before putting into fridge or should i refridgerate straight away cheers all. :cheers:

    thanks for all advice tc is now clearing nicely hope to bottle in a few days and then finely taste if all goes well i will end up doing starting a few gallon next wk end . Finally is there a big difference in taste depending on which type of apple juice you use thanks chaps :thumb:

    hi all when you think your tc has finished fermenting do you still stabalize and add finings like you would with a wine.As my batch should be there abouts tomorrow and i dont want to spoil it cheers chaps

    cheers darren so really ive got a choice dryness or alcohol content if i decide to stop the fermentation.Does natural fruits ferment at the same speed as juice (wurzels) as when ive experimented with these they have a very fast turn around

    hi darren, i do prefer a medium/dry wine and the SG of the of the strained off fruits with the sugar is 1102 and ill be putting the yeast and nutrient into bucket later tonight cheers darren
