    it actually says in the instructions that it gives off an eggy smell when ferm'ing we've just brewed this and it did give off a faint smell of egg for 2 days - the smell was gone completely when we bottled it we've drunk a dozen bottles since it was bottled on the 28/05 and it's delicious...
