Beerworks Dark Strawberry Belgian Ale, slight hint of strawberries and chocolate. Not something you can rush, definitely something you take your time with and very enjoyable.

Thought I'd check the Evil Dog Double American IPA out, just to make sure it's ok you understand. Turned out fine despite my fears. Tastes great, very strong and will improve with age I should imagine. Got some Belgian Strawberry Ale proving that's almost ready, some Founder's Double American...

The Founders Double American IPA is bubbling away already, tried to upload video but 🤷

Just bottled Evil Dog Double IPA ( it turned out okay despite my worries), got some Belgian Strawberry Ale to check and bottle tomorrow and just started Founders Double American IPA, I've definitely caught the bug again.

Checked this morning and it's flat, lots of sediment in the bottom of the bucket, could it have failed or should I give it a stir and add more yeast

First glass since getting back into it after 30 years, Beerworks Dockers Merseyside IPA, I left it for 2 weeks longer in the bottle than stated. It's very malty with a spicy twist. Not bad for my first attempt after so long away. Can't wait for my next one.

Thanks Neil, I've checked lid and it appears to be ok, I'll give it another day or two and add some more dry yeast if needed.
