    I just brew as per instructions,, though I sometimes brew up to 20 litres rather than 23....

    I have been brewing Beaverdale Barolla, now known as Nabbiolo, for the last ten years or so,
    and have to admit it is most consistent, fruity, smooth, (no oak chippings) would recommend it

    Been corking screw cap bottles for a couple of years or so, absolutely no problems,,,,also been
    re-using screw caps and laying them on their side,,, but they are not in the bottles for too
