    Free Bottles East London

I have a load of brown bottles, 150 maybe, that I don't need any more. 330 and 500ml. They're all cleaned and have the label removed, a lot have been sanitised and have foil over the top from when I last used them. Free to anyone in any quantity. Pick up only, obviously.

    AG49 Vermont IPA

I just ordered myself some of the Yeast Bay vermont ale for my next IPA. I made one recently with WLP644, which I've heard folk use for juicy NE style IPAs, and it's probably the best beer I've ever made. I did all hops (200gr for 18 litres, with another 150gr dry hop) at 0 minutes (after...

    330ml San Miguel bottles

Anyone use them? The 330ml brown ones? I got given a load as I need to bottle my latest in small bottles (dont fancy 500ml at a time of 7.2%). My capper does them fine and I assume as they contain lager they'll be good to hold a homebrew carbonated to lager levels. You agree?

    London Fields Brewery?

I like their beers. Most the stuff I've had of theirs is very hoppy, American IPA kinda stuff.

how to make strawberry wheat beer from a kit

I think someone on here primed a beer with 20ml of strawberry syrup, which they bought from a Polish shop, instead of sugar. Obviously need to be careful of amount of sugar in it so you dont explode bottles.

How Long Do Plastic Pet Bottles Last?

The Coopers PET bottles claim to have a nylon layer that stops the problems associated with PET bottles, saying they are Oxygen Baring. The marketing spiel is: "Remember the slogan, "Good things come in glass" This slogan is also true for your brew but finding good quality glass beer bottles...

    Bottle or Keg Recommendations

How does one keep a keg cold? Or are people drinking this beer more cool than cold? I dont think my obsession with cold fizzy beers would work well with kegs (unless they were kegeratored).
