Finally made this today with no tweaks but decided to try and experiment and use up some of the bits of grain I had left
If it turns out ok I will post the recipe later !
I have been give a Brupaks London bitter mash kit which I will be brewing tomorrow
I can't find any details of what is in the kit but I was wondering if anyone else had done one and if there are any tweaks that are worth doing :D

My lovely wife and youngest son gave me a huge pile of presents this year. in fact they gave me enough kit to make 230 bottles of beer!!! :cheers:
thing is my lad gave me a strawberry cider kit :wha: for him to drink!
the missus gave me an Admirals Reserve kit as it's her favorite...
to the in-laws for Christmas day all of 150 yards to walk :D but no drinking :cry: as working boxing day 12 hour shift 7 til 7 at least its double time :roll:
we have 3 cats and at least one mouse living in the kitchen brought in by the blooming cats!!!!!
and the clever little sod has so far managed to set off one trap and nick the bait of the other and escape intact :shock:
don't bother with Maplins as they will sell you "kettle leads" that are only rated to 1.3kw when most kettles are 2.2kw and try to tell you they are fine for the job
