    Coopers Mexican Cerveza

    I've just brewed this myself. Priming in 40 500ml PET bottles at a consistent 21c for 4 weeks. Really looking forward to these. I used 3.5g of table sugar per bottle. Hopefully won't be over carbed. I used the brewers friend calculator which suggested this.

    Getting cherry flavour into beer

    I'm purchasing some concentrated cherry extract. The company suggests 1 small 7.5ml bottle per 23 litres of beer. I'll likely add it to 21 litres though. Anyone else tried this? I'm tempted to add 15ml into the 21 litres after reading these comments
