That pineapple wine looks great!
My strawberry wine is still fermenting 3 weeks later! Getting a few bubbles through the airlock every 26 seconds at the moment. I think it's taken so long because some of the strawberries were not fully crushed and are thus breaking down...
So I added the filings etc to make it go clear 5 days ago. It's still a strong yellow colour but I can read the instructions through the demijohn clearly so figured it's good to go.
Opened her up and had a sniff. Hint of vinegar. That's not good!?
In goes the hydrometer and it sinks low...

Yea sorry perhaps 40 bottles was optimistic...
So just bought a 23l plastic barrel with a bung hole for an airlock. 8kg of strawberries from tesco! (Reduced but still expensive, came to £24.) 6kg of granulated white sugar.
Everything is currently sterilising and the gf is cutting the tops off the strawberries!
