well i thought it seemed low. the 15 min additions are citra 0.3 oz and galaxy 0.3 oz (at 14.5 and 12.5 respectively)
anyway i dont want to over bitter it, the MARGARINE for error is too high....

i am going to convert a cooler into a mash tun. why do all of the guides suggest using a steel ball valve? would a nylon tap not suffice?

I have made a batch of 'All Grain' Ginger beer. I.e not using coopers kit and it has come out REEEEALLLY dry. Can I add a sweetener to the priming solution? and if so what/ in what quantities? and will it add an off flavor?

This one was brewed as suggested by Cooper's, it came out at 3.5% as they suggest a small amount of fermentables.
Nonetheless it is pretty nice, just a little thin

Hi I am making my first extract IPA. today I dry hopped it. I used 10g of Columbus and 20g of EKG
Any advice on where to go next. I will dry hop for 7 days

I had loads of malt extract so I added half at the beginning of the boild and hte other half to the FV.
Thats just me though, I am no expert and I did this because I had very minimal boil space.
