I wonder how much he will be getting from Trump or the Russians. Putin has never told the truth, It will be nothing more than disinformation aimed at uniformed Americans to bolster Trumps chances in the elections and hopefully weaken support for Ukraine. One thing for sure it will only be propaganda if it comes out of Moscow.

So what information do the informed American's use. The media control the war, it's hard to get the truth. You have to relay on whistle blower's like Julian Assange or Edward Snowdon to at least shine some light. America with the help of NATO are letting Israel commit mass genocide.

The world is not on the brink of war. It could be though. Trump comes into power and halts all US aid and support to Ukraine and Taiwan. Russia wins war in Ukraine. China invades Taiwan. Russia invades Moldova (its russian just like Ukraine). Russia Pressurises the Baltic states (they also are Russian). Russia invades Finland (Putin has mentioned he wanted large chunks of that back) Poland increases its war footing. North Korea becomes even more bold due to its support from Russia. Iran becomes a nuclear power with the aid of Russia and China. Iran attacks Israel. Iran and Saudi Arabia............. How is NATO helping Israel? It is only the States and the UK. One thing that puzzles me, Why do none of the Arab neighbours want any of the Palestinians? The west took the Ukrainians in with open arms. Odd.
Back to the point.
I have follow the war in Ukraine on a daily basis. I get my information from multiple sources. The institute for war is a good starting point. Politically I use sources from the west, east and of course AL JAZEERA. In the UK and the states we have the freedom to access this fairly easily. In Russia, North Korea and Iran you only get what the government give you. Google how to use your smart phone in China if you want an idea what goes on there.

I am no big fan of tucker but he is covering topic's that people want to hear. Anything that is exposed is branded a conspiracy or Russian disinformation. Hunter bidens laptop is a prime example

I'd recommend John Ronson's 'Where it all began' podcast on the iplayer. I Didn't realise Tucker Carlson went for all the WEF bull as well. Perhaps the interview won't be as illuminating as we all want it to be.

Some are of the opinion that America is losing it's grip on the world. Russia, china, Iran, Brazil and host of other countries are moving away from trading in dollar's. Ukraine is a proxy war aimed at weakening Russia.
What I don't understand is this, why should Israel be allowed to have nuclear weapons. Why is it only a problem when the likes of Iran and north Korea want to become a nuclear power. Personally I believe no one should have them but that ship has sailed.
Germany are also providing weapons to Israel resulting in innocent children being murdered in their thousands.
As for Donald trump I think he's a lunatic but I also believe he will win the president race if he gets to stand. The American people voted him in before

Russia has weakened itself by starting an illegal war with Ukraine. Of course its a proxy war, who wants to live in an autocratic nation influenced by Russia? The west/nato/us whatever we call it has many things wrong with it and has done many things badly but just like churchill said about democracy, its the worst government other than all the other ones that have been tried from time to time. Perhaps the west should have stood up to Putin before in 2014 when he annexed the Crimea or when he attacked Georgia? We perhaps wouldn't be in this mess now if we had. More should be done to combat the rise in populism, call out conspiracy theorists and bullshitters.
 
A high percentage of American republicans support the idea of cutting all aid to Ukraine, which would lead to its defeat.
Carlson is just pandering to these people

It's crazy to me that the normal hardcore Republicans that historically would be desperate to smash the Russkies are now advocating to let them do what they want.
 
We the little people can witter on all we like about the world and the state it is in and it will not make one iota of a difference, after all we are the cannon fodder now get your selfs in shape prepare to defend the realm it is your duty,

Totally blocked. Some might wonder why Putin would give his only 'western' interview to a man whose outlet is banned in Russia?

Is it because "not a single Western journalist has bothered to interview the president (Putin)” as Carlson says?

Let's hope that brave Tucker doesn't meet the same fate as Evan Gershkovich (https://www.wsj.com/news/author/evan-gershkovich), who was arrested for espionage a year ago and still facing trial. Perhaps Tucker will ask some probing questions about Gershkovich and the freedom of the press in Russia.

Not crossing my fingers for it though.

I'd imagine Carlson has a approved lists of questions to ask Putin.
The fact that Carlson is the only Western journalist allowed to interview Putin, speaks volumes.

Putin is using the American election as a second front in the Ukranian war. For all of the flaws in the western democracies, Putin's Russia is truly a scary state.
