If the total sugar content in the DJ is 1100g it will be around 13%.

Most juices are around 100g to 150g per litre so the standard recipes in the thread below suggest you add 800g of sugar to two litres of juice.

I've been to various supermarkets this morning and could not find any white grape juice. In the end I could only get red grape juice, so I'm going to try that for the orange wine. I'm thinking it will look like a ros'e wine when finished. I'm currently waiting for the dissolved sugar to cool down and then I can get on with it. I will let you know the end result or has anyone else used red grape juice instead of white?
