Realised when weighing out for tomorrow that I actually only have 900g of flaked wheat, so I made an on the spot decision and added 900g of American White Wheat Malt to make up for it. Also found that my Saaz pellets are 2%AA instead of the 3.4% BF had, so changed that and of course it drastically changed the IBU. Don't know whether to add more hops to make up for it, or just leave it.. since it's not meant to be a hoppy beer anyway.
