    Best Serving Temperature

    I like to drink IPA and find the perfect temperature for these to be around 12-13 degrees. In the summer maybe chilled a little more if I'm sitting out in the sun as the coldness in itself can be a refreshing element when beer drinking. If we were all the same we wouldn't have forums I guess...

    Even if it is the same tomorrow would it still benefit from being left in the FV for 10-14 days.? I would worry that it would go off?

    Thanks guys, I went to re check the reading as I last checked it yesterday. It now appears to show 1.014 which is more what I was hoping.
