    Hi All, Just siphoned by second brew into a barrel - and it certainly was a experience. Could of queries tho as I struggled on the last few pints at the bottom on the barrel as I kept loosing suction pressure as I didn't appear to be able to hold the beer end of the siphon steady enough...

My fermentation was complete on Wed and did not have the time to barrell until today (Sat) I decided to go ahead and add the fininings before hand and gave a very gentle stir.     Update- The first chilled one was good :party:. medium carb and i now understand the meaning of "young" tasting. I decided to attempt a 2nd bottle without chilling - not such a good experience, lots of floaty stuff and not great - launched the last 1/4! :cry: Think I will shelve again...
